90-Day Limited Warranty

Most eligible LMNEST products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty, beginning on the date the order is delivered.

The warranty is intended to cover qualifying manufacturing defects, circuit failures, or mechanical issues that arise during normal and intended use.

Depending on the product, the nature of the issue, and available inventory, an appropriate solution may include:

• A replacement product

• A replacement component or accessory (such as power adapters, mounting clamps, screen light clips, or specialized hardware), where available

• Store credit

• A refund, where appropriate

The resolution offered will depend on the individual circumstances of the warranty claim.

What the Warranty May Cover

Manufacturing & Electrical Defects

Qualifying defects in materials, structural frame construction, LED lighting circuitry, or internal power boards that affect the product’s normal intended use.

Mechanical, Structural & Power Components

For eligible ergonomic and digital accessories, the warranty may cover unexpected manufacturing-related issues involving:

• Gas-spring mechanisms, hinges, height-adjustment locks, and monitor mounting brackets

• LED light bar control panels, dimming knobs, touch switches, and power input ports

• Multi-port fast charging hubs, wireless charging pads, and internal power delivery units

Coverage applies to qualifying issues arising during normal intended use rather than damage caused by misuse, power surges, or improper assembly.

Products Damaged Upon Arrival

Products that arrive cracked, dented, defective, incomplete, or otherwise unusable as a result of transportation or handling may also qualify for an appropriate resolution.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The limited warranty generally does not cover problems resulting from:

• Accidental drops, physical impacts, crushing, or heavy structural overloads beyond specified weight capacities

• Improper assembly, incorrect installation, or mounting onto incompatible desks or surfaces

• Misuse, abuse, or use outside the product's intended home or office application

• Electrical damage caused by short circuits, non-standard voltage input, or unauthorized third-party power adapters

• Normal wear and tear (such as minor cosmetic scuffs, paint wear, or fabric surface flattening over time)

• Unauthorized repair, disassembly, modification, or alteration

• Exposure to moisture, liquid spills, fire, or unsuitable environmental conditions

• Loss or theft

• Claims submitted after the 90-day warranty period has expired

Minor differences in metal finish, color tone, surface texture, or indicator LED appearance are generally not considered defects when they do not materially affect the product's normal operation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Products

If your LMNEST order arrives damaged, defective, or missing an included component (e.g., power cable, mounting screws, or adapter), please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

To help us assess the issue efficiently, please provide:

• Your order number

• Your full name and email address

• A short explanation of the problem

• Clear photographs or a short video showing the issue (especially for flickering lights, non-charging ports, or mechanical adjustment issues)

• Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label if the item was damaged during transportation

Keep the product and its original packaging until our customer care team has completed their review.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

When a replacement is approved, we will make reasonable efforts to supply an identical replacement product.

If the original design or model is no longer available, we may offer:

• Store credit

Replacement options depend on current inventory and product availability.

Refunds Under Warranty

Approval of a warranty claim does not automatically result in a cash refund. Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances of the claim and our overall Return & Refund Policy.

When a refund is approved, it will generally be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Returns vs. Warranty Coverage
